Hey
everyone! Sorry for the delay in this issue. Seems like
I'm always apologizing for being late. Such is the life
of a small press editor!
Anyway,
I up and had a heart attack on the 10th of November and
I'm still recovering and they are still running tests on
me. I'm really pissed about the whole deal and I wish they'd
leave me alone!!
Everything
has slowed down drastically, and sometimes I don't always
feel like doing much of anything. I hope you will continue
to bear with me while my health problems clear up and everything
gets back to normal.
There's
a great line up of fiction and poetry for your enjoyment
in this issue. Take care and I'll talk to you in the June
issue.

Hey
everyone! Welcome back to another great issue with some of my
favorite writers. I'm sure you're going to enjoy reading the
Halloween stories.
I have only one
story illustrated this time around. I think I kind of like
it this way, because I can fit in more stories. I have a hard
time finding good artists. As you've seen in the past several
issues, I've been using the art of Allen Koszowski on the
covers. I haven't found a better artist in the Small Press,
and when he sends me his art, I happily use it.
But enough blabbing
from me. Y'all enjoy!!

Hey
everyone! The move here just about killed me. I hope this
is the last one. Check out the new address.
I'm living out in the boonies with a cemetery in my back
yard and another across the road. Out here in the country
there are lots of private family cemeteries. I thought that
Crossroads would like it here. And so far, all is well.
I've lined up some great writers in this issue. I'm sure
you're going to enjoy your reading. I always love to hear
from y'all, so drop me a line and let me know what you think.
The Halloween issue is moving along nicely and there's lots
of great stories lined up for that one, too. I can't wait
for y'all to see it. For now, sit back, enjoy your reading
and I'll talk to you again in October.

There
is some great fiction, poetry and art in this issue. Also,
this marks the beginning of my 6th year of publishing Crossroads.
Although there were many times when it was doubtful that
I would publish another issue, something always brought me
through. So I believe Crossroads is meant to be.
To my loyal contributors, subscribers and horror fans --
hugs and kisses and all that mushy shit. I love ya. And I'll
talk to ya again in June. Also, thanks to all of you who sent
those lovely Christmas cards.
